2025 CE Fund Conference Reimbursement
For 2025, BC Optometrists who attend the conference will be reimbursed for their registration fees, up to $650.00, through the CE Fund. BCDO will reimburse BC optometrists their conference fees paid, up to $650, and will automatically process cheque payments. Cheques can be picked up at conference for all registrations completed by April 1, 2025.
Attendees who register after April 1, 2025, will receive their CE Fund cheques by mail 10–15 business days after the conference.

NACOR, the accreditation for Opticians in Canada (and the accreditation provider BCDO uses for the OA courses), has updated their processes.
For accreditation credits, NACOR awards a minimum of 1 credit per CE session, but additional credits would be allocated based on the course material and length. More details on the credits can be viewed on the NACOR website here.
Visit the App Store, iTunes, or Google Play
Search for 'OE TRACKER' and follow the instructions to download the app
Update your mobile phone's operating system if you're prompted with 'unable to download' or 'invalid software' when downloading the app
Once you've downloaded the app, you will be asked to select 'Optometrist or Course Provider'. Select 'Optometrist' to be taken to your 'OE TRACKER' account login page
To retrieve your OE TRACKER number or set up a username and password, call ARBO at 704-970-2710 or 866-869-6852.
For COPE Accredited Courses
After downloading the app, log in using your OE TRACKER username and password.
BCDO will share a course-specific QR code to scan at the end of each session to record attendance.
Scan the QR code with your ARBO App to secure your credits.
